LEDs are the answer to many of our concert and event lighting concerns and offer many benefits:
- Low Energy Consumption
- Low Heat Output
- Flexibility in Design (Color, Intensity, Effects)
- Easy and low maintenance designs
With all the benefits, it does not do us justice unless we discuss the problems that can come from switching to LED lighting.
While LED technology has only been around for a short 20 years there has been rapid growth. In the past 5-10 years, growth has skyrocketed with new products announcements monthly. This rapid growth has brought them to the forefront of most lighting discussions. While technology improves they are not the right answer for every stage.
